The 2nd SEZ Gem and Jewellery Conclave - 2025

The 2nd SEZ Gem and Jewellery Conclave took place on 12th March 2025 at Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC, SEEPZ, Mumbai, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to drive Indian exports through investments, technology, and branding. The event was graced by Hon’ble Chief Guest Shri Dr. P. Anbalagan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries, Government of Maharashtra, along with Shri Dnyaneshwar B. Patil, Development Commissioner (DC), SEEPZ-SEZ.

Also present were GJEPC leadership, including Shri Kirit Bhansali, Chairman, Shri Shaunak Parikh, Vice Chairman, Shri Suvankar Sen, MD, Senco Gold & Diamonds, Shri Adil Kotwal, Core Working Group, Shri Colin Shah, Core Working Committee, Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC, and Shri Sabyasachi Ray, Executive Director, GJEPC, among other dignitaries.

A key highlight of the event was Sachin Balasaheb Gunjal’s address (DCP, Zone X, MIDC Police Station) on safety measures in SEEPZ, emphasizing the importance of a secure environment for businesses operating in the zone.

The conclave provided a platform to explore next-gen technologies like 3D printing, stamping, and platinum recycling, understand SEZ benefits for business expansion, and gain insights into branding strategies for global success. Engaging discussions with SEZ authorities and key stakeholders further enriched the event.
